Zachary Hohl is the realtor who sold my home last year (which was sold in 4 days after he listed it) and recently negotiated the 2020-purchase of my condominium in downtown San Diego. The condominium, which I purchased, had three other bids or submitted proposals. I would not be sitting in my new home today without Mr. Hohl's excellent negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of real estate and contracts, and financial expertise.
