Downtown San Diego – East Village

Fahrenheit is located in East Village, just two city blocks from Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres. Fahrenheit has a sister building, M2i, located just across the street. The complex is also just a few blocks from the New Central Library and Thomas Jefferson Law School.

This seven-story condominium complex features 77 units from lofts, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans from 600 to nearly 2400 ft.². It also includes a variety of shopkeeper units with retail on the ground floor.

These are contemporary loft style living with exposing concrete, plumbing, and ductwork. Floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, and lots of natural light flood each of these units and with secure access and underground parking to complete the property.

This great building has a very contemporary feel and won the 2006 Orchid Award for Architecture. The north side of the complex features 2 story homes on floors 1-6 which separates the living space from the bedrooms, while the west side of the building features flats. The top floor of Fahrenheit features 14 foot ceilings giving it a very spacious feel.

East Village is full of great restaurants, nightlife, and is home to San Diego’s MLB team. Some of my favorite dining experiences in East Village include Lotus Thai, Cowboy Star, Rustic Meatballs, The Kebab Shop and Knotty Barrel.
